Box 172, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Banana Kimale Masake alias Kimali Wasake, who died at Mihuu Sub-location, on 2nd December, 2002. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2021 By John Simiyu Wafula, of P.O. Box 1141–50205, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jesse Wafula Napwora, who died at Nasiada, Kituni, Bungoma, on 14th September, 1990. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By Vincent Mutsalali Ihaji, of P.O. Box 164, Khayega in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Mudashi, who died at Nairobi, on 3rd May, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
