TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Naliaka Pkemei and (2) Emmanuel Naibei, both of P.O. Box 1–30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naibei Chepkat alias Kimunaibei Chepkatchepkat, who died at Psigirio Sub-location, on 12th July, 2002. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2022 By Elly Kibet Tumkou, of P.O. Box 198–30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Chemtai Lorema, who died at Psigiro, on 19th October, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
