TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2022 By Benson Njihia Thiga Ngugi, of P.O. Box 810, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Thiga Ngugi, late of Getuya, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 6th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2022 By John Muriithi Wahome, of P.O. Box 10, Kibingoti in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Wanjiru Wilson, late of Kibingoti, who died at District Hospital, Karatina in Kenya, on 18th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
