TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2021 By (1) Henry Guantai M’Rintara and (2) Edward Kienjeu M’Mburugu, both of P.O. Box 2660–60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ritara M’Inanga, who died at Kaongo Sub-location, on 27th April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
