TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2022 By (1) Gianni Donadel, of via Colombo, 74, 31015, Conegliano TV and (2) Franco Donadel, of via Chisini, 70, 31053, Pieve Di Soligo TV, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mario Donadel, who died on 27th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2022 By Kennedy Taura Kalama, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taura Ngoi Mwasambu, who died on 15th May, 2000. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2022 By Kennedy Taura Kalama, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malingi Mwasambu Chungama, who died on 23rd October, 1998. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2022 By Kennedy Taura Kalama, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Taura Malingi, who died on 24th June, 2005. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2022 By Kennedy Taura Kalama, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Katana Mwasambu alias Patrick Kahindi Karama, who died on 15th March, 1992. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2022 By Kennedy Taura Kalama, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwasambu Tungu Mwasambu, who died on 25th May, 2016.
