TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2022
By (1) Regina Wanjiku Gitonga and (2) Daniel Songa Sila, both of
P.O. Box 62673–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Njeri Wasila, late of
Nairobi, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
