TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 244 OF 2021 By Margaret Wanjiku Maina, of P.O. Box 1, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Maina Kihika, who died at Lakeview, on 1st October, 2002. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2022 By Jane Njoki Mukora, of P.O. Box 127, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jimmy Mukora Njoroge, who died at Kinamba, on 26th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
