TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2022 By (1) Margaret Akhwesi Mulinya and (2) Zacharia Nabwali Murinya, both of P.O. Box 62, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Mbone Muringa, who died at Jeptulu Sub-location, on 27th July, 2008. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2022 By (1) Grace Waithira and (2) Mercy Wambui Waithira, the deceased’s mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harun Gachuiri, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
