E742 OF 2021 By (1) Philip Wambugu Ben and (2) Pharis Wachira Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ben Mwangi Kamau, who died at District Hospital, Karatina in Kenya, on 27th March, 2009. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2022 By (1) Clement Gathumbi J. Thuo and (2) Gladys Njeri Gathumbi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lilian Wairimu Gathumbi, who died at Rurago, on 3rd November, 2018. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
