TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 350 OF 2021 By Lucia Wambui Runo, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Runo Ngure alias Runo Ngure alias Stanley Runo alias Ngure Stanley Runo, late of Thika, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 12th June, 2007. CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2022 By (1) Martin Igecha Kamami and (2) Maryanne Gaturi Kamami, both of P.O. Box 1795, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernadette Njeri Kamami, late of Muirigo, Gatundu North, who died there on 31st October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
