TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2022 By Ibrahim Amisi Nonda, of P.O. Box 1493, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Motoni Hamisi alias Motoni Nonda, who died at Shiyunzu, on 23rd January, 1988. CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2022 By Alexina Mukanira, of P.O. Box 41, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mukabula Selebwa alias Joseph Mukanila, late of Shiseso, who died there on 18th March, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
