TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E948 OF 2021 By (1) John Kiarie Wanyii and (2) Martha Mugure Mwaniki, both of P.O. Box 4049, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaniki Mburu alias Mwaniki Wamburu, late of Kiamaina, who died there on 7th June, 2006. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2022 By (1) Stephen Machua Gachoka and (2) Charles Kamau Gachoka, both of P.O. Box 74416–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachoka Machua, late of Milimani, who died there on 24th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
