TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1100 OF 2021 By Dolrose Ogutu Abuonji, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Kisera Agai alias Kisero Agai, who died at North Kowe Sub-location, on 7th October, 2016. CAUSE NO. 196 OF 2022 By Leah Awuor Opande, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Atieno Ogogo, who died at Nightingale Medical Centre, on 11th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
