CAUSE NO. 53 OF 2022 By (1) Christine Mbulwa and (2) Ndungi Kilungya, both of P.O. Box 53-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Kilungya Manyeti, who died at Shimanzi, on 27th July, 2012.
