TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 33 OF 2021 By Said Islam Said, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Islam Said Islam, who died on 3rd June, 2019. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2022 By (1) Pasanisi Cristina and (2) Pasanisi Fabio, via Vito Pandolfi N. 43, Rome, Italy, the deceased’s heirs, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francesca Manno, who died at Rome, Italy, on 14th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
