Box 17871, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Elmer Lee alias Alan Donovan, who died at African Heritage House, Mlolongo, on 5th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By (1) Wilson Kaningoo Kirayian and (2) Aidamai ole Kirayian Katimo, both of P.O. Box 447–00204, Athi River in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirayian Katimo Mperre, who died at Athi River North, on 2nd May, 2017. Box 324–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mbindyo Mativo alias Philip Mbindyo, who died at Kiandani, on 20th February, 1992. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By (1) Monica Mumbi Muraya and (2) Joseph Kyalo Muraya, both of P.O. Box 555–00204, Athi River in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Muraya Kaboro, who died at Muthwani, Athi River, on 4th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
