TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2021 By (1) James Waweru Wachira and (2) Willy Maingi Wachira, both of P.O. Box 9892-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Wachira Waweru, late of Kabatini, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 26th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2022 By (1) Elisha Maina Mungai and (2) Christopher Peter Mungai Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 21, Timboroa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helina Mungai, late of Mihang’o, who died there on 25th February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
