TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2018 By Richard Anguku Opembe, of P.O. Box 266–50135, Kwisero in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christoper Atsewa Sande, late of Wambulishe, who died on 30th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2021 By (1) Christabel Jane Amunga and (2) Verah Odilia Murunga, both of P.O. Box 14004–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Murunga Makokha, late of Matungu, who died on 14th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
