TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 8th April, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2021 By (1) Sucheta Vadera and (2) Suraj Rajesh Vadera, of Berkshire, 24, Enborne Road, Newbury, RG146AH, UK, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Rama Thakershi Pujara alias Ramaben Thakershi Pujara, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 14th June, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
