NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th March, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 733, in Volume Dl, Folio 128/1094, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Robert Njogu Gatigi (Guardian), of P.O. Box 30195-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Pearl Brooke (a minor), formerly known as Pearl Wanjira, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Pearl Wanjira, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Pearl Brooke, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Pearl Brooke only.
