NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th January, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 429, in Volume DI, Folio 126/1072, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Jane Muchiku Kimemia (guardian), on behalf of Mwoshe Nechi (minor), of P.O. Box 8134-0100, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mwoshe Muraguri Maina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mwoshe Muraguri Manta, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mwoshe Nechi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mwoshe Nechi only.
