THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

(No. 13 of 2019)

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 47 of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the Rarre Hillside Association in consultation with the County Government of Nakuru intends to commence the above plan on the 9th March, 2022. The part development plan relates to land situated within Rarre Hillside Area, Maai Mahiu Ward, Naivasha Sub-county, Nakuru County and the purpose is to provide a development framework that will ensure orderly, co-ordinated, harmonious and progressive development of the planning area. The objectives of the plan are to prepare zoning regulations that will guide development within the area. Comments on the proposed plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member, Land, Housing and Physical Planning, P.O.
