IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 10 (1) (d) of the Kitui County Public Finance Management (Kitui County Empowerment Fund) Regulations, the County Executive Committee Member (CECM), Ministry of Trade, Co-operatives and Investments, Kitui County appoint— FERNANDES MBINDU MULI to the Board of the Kitui County Empowerment Fund (KCEF), to replace Richard Mukula Muthoka (Dr.), with effect from the I st March 2022, for a period of three (3) years.
