THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Nyaga Njoka (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.25 hectares Or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, known as Ngandori/Kiriari/2114, and whereas the Chief Magistrates Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. 248 of 2019, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Florence Muthoni Nyaga, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the said land title deed in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document in the name of Florence Muthoni Nyaga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Nyaga Njoka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
