REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gachuthi Nguri alias Wilson Mwangi Nguri (ID/31849268), of P.O. Box 20, Kagio in the Republic of Kenya, is the custodian of all that piece of land containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, known as MwerualKithumbu/240, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the land register, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
