REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Linus Murimi Chomba (ID/8631523), of P.O. Box 117, Kagio in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mwerua/Kagio/2496, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
