REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Magdalene Mbeneka Kivondo, of P.O. Box 40092, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold of all that piece of land known as Plot No. A61, being part of L.R. No. 5025/165, situate in South of Takaungu in Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
