NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th November, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3364, in Volume DI, Folio 113/935, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Njoki Wakiini Penda Ireri, of P.O. Box 1479– 00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Catherine Njoki Penda Ireri alias Catherine Njoki Penda, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Catherine Njoki Penda Ireri alias Catherine Njoki Penda and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Njoki Wakiini Penda Ireri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Njoki Wakiini Penda Ireri only.
