NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th January, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2946, in Volume DI, Folio 101/793, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Amos Muturi, of P.O. Box 7887–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Amos Muturi Wairimu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Amos Muturi Wairimu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Amos Muturi, for all purposes and 1986 1986 authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Amos Muturi only.
