NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th November, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 836, in Volume DI, Folio 11/76, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Lucy Kerubo Thomas, of P.O. Box 290– 00300, Nairobi in the Republic Kenya, formerly known as Lucy Kerubo Maiko, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lucy Kerubo Maiko, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lucy Kerubo Thomas, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lucy Kerubo Thomas only.
