APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an order dated 31st August, 2020, I appointed Zachary Njeru, Deputy Director of Co-operative Audit, Meru County, to be the liquidator for Nkuene Farmers’ Co-operative Society Limited CS/246 (in liquidation). And whereas the said Zachary Njeru is unable to act as such liquidator. Now therefore I appoint Eliud Njuguna Uno, Principal Co- operative Officer – Headquarters to be liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society for a period not exceeding (1) year and authorize him to take into his custody all the property of the said society including such books and documents as are deemed necessary for completion of the liquidation.
