REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Peneti ole Pasha (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 17.52 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Kaputiei-North/1820, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kajiado in succession Cause No. 97 of 2018, has issued grant in favour of (1) Elizabeth Resia Peneti and (2) Mary Sintiyio Pasha, to be registered as administrators, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of the administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Paul Peneti ole Pasha (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
