REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stanley Kiptoo Metto (deceased), of P.O. Box 995– 30100. Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Eldoret Municipality/Block 6/292, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in succession cause No. 2811 of 2008, has issued a grant of letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favor of Phoebe Jeptoo Metto, of P.O. Box 995–30100, Eldoret, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L. R. A. 42, and issue land title deed in the name of Stanphi Company Limited, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Stanley Kiptoo Metto (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
