REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Shilloh Limited, of P.O. Box 29063–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Sigona/1448, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received within that period,.
