THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fridah Mwende Paul, of P.O. Box 90104–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0333 hectare or thereabouts, known as subdivision MN/I/19103, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as CR. 55416, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of the title of the said piece of land has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5).
