REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Hezekiah Gichere Muriuki and (2) Esther Wamuyu Gichere, both of P.O. Box 52370–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of a leasehold interest in all that piece of land containing 98.84, metres squared or thereabouts, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 140/86/61, situate in the District of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
