REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KBJ 963, Toyota Noah, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is lying at the premises of Mariakani Weighbridge Drive Inn Limited, Kilifi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all storage charges, auctioneers costs and any other incidental charges plus cost of publishing this notice. Failure to which the said motor vehicle will be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty without further reference to the owner in order to defray storage charges, auctioneers costs and related charges in accordance with the Act, but should there be any shortfall, the owners will be liable.
