APPOINTMENT

NOTICE is given to all members of Kenya Union of Printing, Publishing, Paper Manufaccturers, Pulp and Packaging Industries pursuant to section 27 (4) of the Labour Relations Act, that a Notice of change of the Constitution and Rules of the Union has been received. Any person or member intending to raise any objection against the amendments of the constitution is required to submit in writing any objections within twenty one (21) days from the date hereof. GAZETrE NOTICE No. 3987 THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT (Cap. 490) APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATOR (Extension Order) WHEREAS by an extension order dated the 3rd March, 2021, I appointed Naftali Miranyi Omari, County Co-operative Commissioner, Nakuru County, to be liquidator for Kenton Kijabe Hills FCS Limited (CS 1499) (in liquidation), for a period not exceeding one (1) year, and whereas the said Naftali Miranyi Omari has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the appointment of Naftali Miranyi Omari to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-opertive Society. Dated the 29th March, 2022. DAVID K.
