WHEREAS Sasi Mama (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 155 hectares or thereabout, known as Bugumbe/Mabera/101, situate in the district of Kuria, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Kehancha in succession Cause No. 24 of 2020, has issued letters of administration to John Silvanus Marwa, and whereas the land title deed issued to Sasi Marva (deceased) cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration in the names of John Silvanus Marwa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Sasi Marva (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 390, Londiani in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.87 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kericho, known as Kericho/Londianilloubert/Kedowa Block 9(Jagoror)/323, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho in succession cause No. 125 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Naomi Chepkoech Tanui, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Malakwen Tanui Naftali (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
