WHEREAS Peter Obiero Ogutu (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kanyamkago/Kajulu/465, situate in the district of Migori, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deed to Elsa Akoth Ogutu and (2) James Ochieng Obiero having been gazetted as administrator under succession cause No. 191 of 2015 at the High Court of Kenya at at Migori, provided that no objection has been received within that period. Box 390, Londiani in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.29 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kericho, known as Kericho/Londiani/Joubert/Kedowa Block 9(Jagoror)/325, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho in succession cause No. 125 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Naomi Chepkoech Tanui, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Malakwen Tanui Naftali (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
