REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muturi Kiongo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kitale Municipality block 6/94, situate in the district of Trans Nzoia, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya in succession Cause No. 80 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Ruth Njeri Mururi and (2) Francis kiongo Muturi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Muturi Kiongo (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and RL. 19 and RL. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muturi Kiongo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
