REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Western Sunshine Company Limited, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the Malindi District, registered under title No. Chembe/Kibabamshe/224, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
