WHEREAS Kidsaphi Bora Investments Limited, is registered as proprietors in the absolute ownership of all those pieces of land containing 0.0439 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under the title Nos. Kajiado/Kisaju/4230, 4232, 4233, 4234 and 4235, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers opened thereof have been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open 2nd edition of the registers, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
