REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Rose Njeri Ndirangu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Njoro/Ngata Block 1/5785, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Nakuru in succession cause No. 315 of 2019, has issued grant in favour of James Ndirangu Kamuchau, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Jane Rose Njeri Ndirangu (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.RA. 50 in the name of James Ndirangu Kamuchau, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jane Rose Njeri Ndirangu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
