Box 953-80200; Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as lessees from the Government of Kenya, of all that cottage No. 19 on Plot No. 9699, Manch, situate in Mahndi Municipality in Malindi District, reistered as CR 31060/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
