ESTABLISHMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on me by section 14 (1) and (3) of the National Government Co-ordination Act, 2013 and in an effort to enhance co-ordination of the functions of the National Government, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination of National Government, with the approval of His Excellency. Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander- in-Chief of the Defence Forces, establishes the following Administrative Unit as service delivery co-ordination unit for the purposes of the Act.
