REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hannah Nyathira Mucheru (ID/8555856), of P.O. Box 735, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.070 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu, registered under the title No. Ngenda/Gatukuyu/T.685, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the register, of the land register under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
