TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2022 By (1) Margaret Muthoni Juma and (2) Mamo Mohamed Abdi, both of P.O. Box 703–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Musa Kaburu, late of Meru Central, who died along Meru-Isiolo Highway, on 9th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
