TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2022 By (1) Joseph Muuo Nzoka and (2) Tabitha Wayua Mutua, both of P.O. Box 29, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lois Syomwenge Munguti alias Ruise Munguti Masyula, late of Kithendu, Kondo, who died there on 8th May, 1994. CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Kanini Mutua and (2) Julian Muthoki Muendo, both of P.O. Box 40362–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kioko Mutua, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 13th February, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
