E4 OF 2022 By (1) Christine Machungwa Lutawari and (2) Hanne Kitundulu Kassim Lutaware, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Lutaware Shodo alias Patrick Lutaware Shondo alias Kassim Shodo alias Patrick Lutawari Shodo alias Patrick Lutaware , who died at Kimala, on 28th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
